The Ranges Grand Opening April 2025

Strong demand for land at The Ranges continues!! A new stage of land was released on the day of the Grand Opening in April with buyers snapping up a range of lots sized from 400 to 800sqm. We welcomed 400 people to the new onsite sales centre where the large scale project model was on display so customers could see the vision for the new community. The deck also provided a great view of the construction works which are now well progressed!

Progress Update Feb 2025

CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY
Our construction contractor JK Williams commenced work onsite in late December 2024. Bulk earthworks have been progressing well throughout January and February. You may have noticed the works and site office if you’ve driven past recently.

SALES CENTRE OPENING SOON
Construction of the new sales centre is also underway. The carpark construction is complete with installation of the sales suite and fitout commencing in February. We look forward to welcoming you to the sales centre for our next new land release very soon.
